搬舖之後第一次去試。新鋪比較鋪闊落好多容納嘅人亦都較多所以坐得比較舒服。魚生飯仍然有水準,魚生片片好厚亦都非常新鮮但份量真係少。我本身已經唔係食好多嘢都覺得唔係好夠飽。價錢感覺貴過之前。可能鋪租問題吧。今日點了廚師精選即係話當日有啲咩新鮮就俾咩你質素是OK的。朋友點了魚子海膽飯。兩樣都好味但海膽的量略嫌少左d。未有酒牌所以飲唔到酒。就試咗佢個蘋果梳打個人認為略甜。總括來講,如果想食新鮮魚生飯在銅鑼灣是一個不錯的選擇。但一碗飯的份量對女仔來講可能只係啱啱好。男士一定唔夠飽有機會要嗌多份。平均一位二百幾三百。以佢比既份量屬於貴價選擇。 continue reading

今日下午行經銅鑼灣,發現在小巷的街角有一間丼飯專賣店,雖然看上去不太起眼,但我看過餐單後便被吸引進去。店內的座位不多,感覺好像走進日式的小型居酒屋。我比較貪心,想嘗試不同的魚生,所以坐下來後,便叫了一客五品丼。我沒有想過丼飯內的魚生份量這麼多,海膽的鮮味十足,三文魚及油甘魚的肉質鮮美,大大隻帆立貝下去啖啖鮮味,再加上巨型的甜蝦,鮮甜爽口,真是令人吃得津津有味。這間店鋪的飯還可免費任添,真抵吃。吃着魚生丼,想叫一杯冰凍的飲品,於是點了一枝完熟白桃梳打,白桃味道清爽可口,與魚生丼十分配合。這間的魚生鮮甜美味,這次在小巷真是尋到「寶物」呢! continue reading

首先開宗明義,我對呢間餐廳系好評。價錢而言算系少貴但食到嘅野系真系物超所值。今日有朋友美國翻黎,咁諗主食好d 上網見到呢間好似幾好食尤其是佢d 海膽好似分量好海膽好似分量好多,所以我系沖住海膽去食。到左餐廳見到個menu 其實好見單主要都系唔同嘅丼。而佢有三種海膽(韓國,日本同加拿大(好似第三重唔系咁記得)。我諗左好耐最好揀左網上推介嘅韓國海膽加吞拿魚蓉飯。個飯上到黎真系見到成餅海膽好大份而d 海膽都好鮮甜。成個飯份量啱啱好。成碗飯先200 頭 但餅海膽超市賣都要百幾二百蚊。 食物質數而言真系好抵同好好。唯一要講講系佢海膽分量真系好多,食完之好覺得膽固醇level 好高 (而且好似重有個丼系鵝肝丼),真系要健康嘅人先好食 😂。 continue reading

難得今日放假,去了銅鑼灣四團逛。順便相約友人午餐,平日真係好難約到。友人推介一間日本料理小店,真係好細,只有十多個位。 主打刺身。懶惰的我點了廚師發辨丼,一來放假唔想用腦諗食咩!二來廚師發辨一定是時令的食材。油甘魚,鯛魚,烏賊,帶子,北寄貝,蟹膏,甜蝦,三文魚,非常豐富。帶子好鮮。濃濃的蟹膏帶甘,好正!三文魚夠晒肥美。鯛魚清清地,合胃口。另有前菜,沙律菜和湯。以二百多元可以食到咁新鮮的食材,不算太貴。 continue reading
