To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前試過 brick lane 其他餐廳,金鐘又有,早前加完班就去試。我地叫了兩個晚歺蟹肉蕃茄青菜沙律:煎蟹肉餅,好厚。真有蟹嘅鮮味。沙律菜新鮮,個汁好開胃。西蘭花忌廉湯:看似蘑菇湯,但飲落好有西蘭花嘅香味。點麵包食,味道剛好!美國有骨肉眼配燒薯:網紋賣相吸引,五成熟,肉質嫩,肉汁豐富,有炭燒香味。有半個焗蒜頭,用黎做蒜蓉醬,配埋塊牛扒,味道剛好。香煎三文魚帶子配薯蓉伴西洋菜忌廉汁:皮脆肉嫩,一啲都唔「鞋」,店員話用魚生級嘅三文魚,好新鮮。個西洋菜汁好香,配三文魚食唔會膩。紅絲絨蛋糕:由於我地好飽,又想試甜品,就叫左一個,淡淡香甜味,中間個忌廉芝士好滑,唔膩,適合愛甜品的我。Peach Ocean: 起初望落唔知點飲,原來佢系有個袋袋住嘅,杯入面有啲沙,好精緻喔!總括而言,店員服務非常細心有禮,食物質素得高,環境坐得舒服,會再去的!
