To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中學時代經常食既車仔麵秘製既湯底真係好正,小辣已經好過癮我每次食車仔麵都會叫油麵因為唔似河粉浸耐左會發脹油麵麵質彈牙又掛湯-食左甘多年,每次過黎必點既係羅白、豬肉、雞翼唔知點解,呢邊既羅白同豬紅都特別甜而且索曬個湯汁之後,甜中帶辣,好好味雞翼本身已經用滷水餣過豬腸濃味得黎有趙勁
