自從我沒有在旺角上班之後,便很少踏足旺角區了,難得今天我和老公來到這裡逛街,當然立即嚐試這間朋友推介的餐廳 ~ 主打馬來西亞菜式的「蘇媽」這間餐廳除了最熱門的肉骨茶、叻沙和咖央多士之外,還有一系列少見和獨特的馬來西亞菜式,所以我們分別各自點了幾款主食、小食和飲品來品嚐一下No.1【肉骨茶 (一字骨)】$108雖然新加坡和馬來西亞分別各自有肉骨茶,但是兩者無論是賣相抑或是味道都是有點不同的!新加坡的肉骨茶看起來比較清澈見底的,味道則是比較重胡椒口味,至於馬來西亞的肉骨茶由於加入了黑醬油,所以看起來烏烏黑黑的,而且味道更比較重藥材味,就好像以下這碗「蘇媽」肉骨茶一樣雖然它的外表黑漆漆的,看起來完全不開胃的樣子,但是它的味道卻相當有驚喜!由於肉骨茶加入了當歸、黨蔘、肉桂、杞子等藥材,所以滿口都充斥著濃濃的藥膳味道,藥膳的餘韻更在口中久久不散,讓人唇齒留香,一試傾心!最後加入排骨後,味道立即更上一層樓,肉骨與中藥熬燉萃取而成的湯底,苦中帶甘,甘中有鹹,最後更嚐到淡淡的清甜味,整體的味道有點像台灣的藥燉排骨,而且排骨的肉質亦非常柔軟嫩滑,鮮美多汁,口感豐富而飽滿,美味得讓人吮指回味,鳳髓龍肝!N

總結來說,這間餐廳的叻沙和肉骨茶的味道簡直完美得無懈可擊,並且充滿著濃濃的馬來西亞風味以及情懷,甚至比起馬來西亞本地的餐廳有過之而無不及, 如果大家十分懷念馬來西亞的味道,不妨來到這裡「望梅止渴」一下!
