許久沒有吃過滿意的潮州翅了,並非香港沒有得食,只是無刻意去找,適逢其會,周日午餐來了金陵會潮宮,點了每位$398的午市商務二人餐,包括一道 鮑參翅肚羮,可適量配香菜及陳醋,香濃軟糯,味道豐富,淡淡滋味,至今依然回味無窮,絕對是水準之作,為了它已經值得短期回味!每位$398的午市商務二人餐:話梅聖女果、潮宮五香卷、凍馬友午餐的前菜有三款,話梅車厘茄浸得入味,正是我喜歡的味道。潮宮五香卷有驚喜,唔算好脆,但裏面有大大粒的爽口沙葛,倍添口感,醮些甜醬,更是錦上添花,吃得心都甜。凍馬友方正細緻,高雅的鮮美,輕輕的鹹香。滷水鵝肉拼盤剛好是二人份量,有鵝肉、鵝大腸、雞蛋及豬耳等,滷水清香。年糕豆漿煮鯧魚片鯧魚肉厚味香,湯汁清甜,年糕軟韌度恰到好處。碧綠川椒雞色澤亮麗,熟悉的味道。家鄉菜飯菜飯炒得很好,米飯粒粒分明,每粒皆有油光,混合蛋花及菜粒,清而不寡。精美甜品以喳咋作結束,雜豆淋透但保特粒粒口感,甜度適中。金陵會從前是做淮揚菜的,約一年前轉型為潮州菜,迎合市場需要,現在灣仔的店,豪華氣派,裝潢華麗,食用大廳落地大窗,光猛雅致,設置很多私人廂房,更有雪茄房。1至2樓招呼無需入會的散客,3樓是私人會
