To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人日忙夜忙都無咩時間好好食個早餐有時間當然要好好嘆番餐啦今日經朋友推薦專登去左呢間藍山食坊都食返個靚早餐今日我就叫左一碗餐蛋麵同一杯凍檸啡個餐蛋麵睇落好似同一般嘅無咩分別但係個湯底就零舍唔同 一般外邊嘅茶餐廳都不外乎係用味精粉沖湯 而呢到個湯雖然好濃食完又唔頸渴加埋杯凍檸啡真係無得頂我諗都冇乜人聽過凍檸啡 因為真係唔多地方有所以如果大家真係有行過真係要去試下檸檬加咖啡真係別有一番風味~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~作為一間平民茶餐廳真係冇得頂

個餐蛋麵睇落好似同一般嘅無咩分別
但係個湯底就零舍唔同
一般外邊嘅茶餐廳都不外乎係用味精粉沖湯
而呢到個湯雖然好濃食完又唔頸渴
加埋杯凍檸啡真係無得頂
我諗都冇乜人聽過凍檸啡 因為真係唔多地方有
所以如果大家真係有行過真係要去試下
檸檬加咖啡真係別有一番風味
