Steak bar 搬左新舖當然要支持下~新舖有兩層,大好多呀!!!除左食返念念不忘嘅招牌吉列牛,今次就試埋其他正嘢~石燒薄切牛肉$178採用薄切牛板腱肉,平時厚切中間條筋會比較煙靭,薄切就唔會有呢個問題,石燒爐仔傳熱好,每邊輕輕煎2秒就最perfect!肉質嫩滑多汁~送飯食一流,唔係講笑,比我可以食到兩碗飯!!吉列炸牛扒$188吉列牛,水準完全保持到,炸粉薄而脆,肉汁豐富,食幾成熟可以自己燒自己控制
