To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 傳統的燕窩蛇湯海鮮節瓜盅套餐,再配上香噴噴的腊味糯米飯,實在是令人垂涎三尺。出門前天氣陰陰沉沉,但步入蛇王芬的大門,溫馨的氛圍讓我忘卻了外頭的陰雲。店內佈置古色古香,仿佛帶我們回到了過去的香港。先來點了招牌菜──燕窩蛇湯海鮮節瓜盅套餐。服務員彬彬有禮地為我們端上,一打開瓜盅蓋,湯的香氣撲鼻而來。湯裡面的燕窩份量十足,入口即化,滋味十分鮮美。蛇湯的味道濃郁卻不膩,令人意猶未盡。接著上來的是腊味糯米飯,看著蒸氣瀰漫,香氣撲鼻,讓我肚餓難耐。一口咬下,糯米飯Q彈而不膩,腊味的豐富滋味充分釋放在口中,令人回味無窮。這道糯米飯真的是相當出色,讓我更加期待之後的菜式。在品嘗美食的同時,我們不禁開始談起了過去的趣事,笑聲不斷,好友間的情誼更加深厚。
