To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前日朋友提議到高山道附近喜滿樓菜館食生日飯，來到這裏果然有料到。看到餐牌，有好多款式的小菜，也有懷舊小菜。我哋點了招牌菜芝麻雞、梅子荔芋鴨、煎墨魚餅，鹹魚茸炒白菜仔、芥末虎蝦球同黃金鮮魷。對於最鍾意食雞鴨鵝嘅我，個芝麻雞同梅子鴨真係有料到，其他地方未食過。雞肉很嫩滑芝麻沾滿全隻雞，雞味適中，又香又脆皮。梅子荔芋鴨係懷舊菜，梅子汁夠酸甜，食落唔會油膩，開胃好味。呢度仲有其他雞選擇，有大漠風沙雞、脆皮炸子雞，下次再嚟試下。
