宜家去將軍澳方便好多,搭2個站就到,所以都多左去Popcorn果邊。今次就去左天晉探朋友睇BB,食完薑醋就上網睇下附近嘅食肆諗定晚餐,就搵到天晉旁邊嘅帝景灣!老實講,如果唔係Openrice真係唔識搵到呢度!不過見到呢度嘅雞窩食法幾特別又想嚟試下~ 我哋六點鐘就嚟到啱啱晚市。湯底我地揀左黃金雞湯侍應打開檯既面蓋,原來下面藏咗一個生鐵鑊。生鐵鑊夠鑊氣, 要用得靚就每次要用食油保養,用既時候沖一沖就得~所以店員都準備左水幫我地沖沖鑊。先落薑蒜爆香,煎香雞件、花膠、蟲草花、鮮准山~最後加入雞湯,湯滾好先飲兩碗,真係鮮甜無比,湯料入哂味,雞件嫩滑,花膠夠厚身!飲夠湯就加清湯落火鍋配料~花雕肥牛真係要推介一吓!將肥牛浸入花雕入面,因為係落單即浸既,店員叫我地等一等先食,好讓花雕入味~ 最正係脂肪部份,入口散發出香濃既花雕味~呢個食法真係第一次,味道層次同平時食既花雕雞好唔同!叫左一渣桔仔水清涼一下~ 白鱔片 唔係平時雙飛既切法,切得厚身,更有口感呢度都有d 手工特色野,就好似呢個手工盤四寶:啤梨丸: 外層係蟹籽入面係鮮墨魚丸, 整成一個梨型,口感彈牙!牛油果鮮蝦丸: 鮮蝦丸入面有啲牛油果幾特別,

牛油果鮮蝦丸: 鮮蝦丸入面有啲牛油果幾特別,外層鮮甜入面有牛油嘅淡淡果香~
竹笙鳳尾蝦: 蝦滑包住隻蝦,中間仲有一層竹笙~ 有雙重口感,賣相仲幾靚添 ~
當紅米卷: 呢個就係紅米紫菜包住鮮准山,配搭幾得意!

豬紅好搶手,差唔多每檯都點,好彩我地唔執輸叫到最後一份,豬紅實淨有咬口,大大碟都係$30~

最後點左醬爆四寶丸,有d似手工盤四寶,不過加入唔同配料,一人一粒試吓都唔錯! 
有柚子墨魚丸,清新、芥末芝心蝦丸、黑松露磨菇牛丸、花膠粒北菇肉丸
