明明開始暖返,又突然轉冷,係時候打邊爐食雞煲辣野暖暖身,去到打邊爐海鮮火鍋燒烤店。看到店內的照片,最吸睛的是鮮活烤沙巴龍躉與花甲蟹煲。先吃個泡椒雞腳,輕微麻辣味好入味,相比白雲鳳爪,我更喜歡這個!鮮活烤沙巴龍躉,魚本身已七成熟,滾起了就可以食用,執底配菜有腐竹、菇、芽菜、芹菜吸滿泡椒辣汁,魚面珠如花甲般大小,實肉又有鮮味,汁料越煮越辣,非常惹味。花甲蟹煲,用了1.5肉蟹及 2斤花甲,可想而知湯底的濃郁鮮甜味,當中加入了胡椒粉,辟腥同時又暖胃。記得要先吃花甲,才吃到爆水鮮甜味啊!蟹殼有預先敲碎, 容易食用,蟹肉煲至最後依然鮮甜無比!配碟嫩綠皇帝菜,吸湯最好不過!再來寒冬必食臘味飯,大大煲,分到五大碗,臘腸,潤腸,臘鴨,臘肉,遠遠都聞到其咸香味,飯粒分明,有點在像吃生炒糯米飯的口感,一點也不油膩。
