To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

熊貓以前就在附近讀書，所以一有空堂的時候就經常落嚟食排骨麵。恰巧熊貓今日在西環附近公幹，所以特意過來懷念一下以前讀書的日子。一如以往，店內的裝修和食物和以前沒有大分別。來到這裏，當然要點這裏最出名的排骨麵。不過熊貓竟然發現呢度有竹笙面可以選擇，所以我選擇了雙拼！（熊貓以前竟然唔知道！？）味道一如以往，非常好吃，排骨看似普普通通，但係食落就知道非常好吃。而價錢也是很親民，如果大家有機會經過附近，不妨來這裏試一下。
