To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 焗豬扒飯,上次食已經好多個月之前既事喇,仲投訴過佢地廣告話係超級大塊焗豬扒比一般大成倍喎,點知要不過係面積大左,但厚度薄左一半囉 ﹗取巧 ﹗今日再來,終於回覆正常質量喇 ﹗雖然唔算係好厚,都滿意啦 ﹗質感軟棉多肉汁,味度好豐富,醃得入味,讚 ﹗茄汁酸甜味平衡得不錯,亦有鮮茄味道。炒飯有點濕而蛋香不足,食落味道有點寡,扣少少分。總括黎話不能說話好好味,但都合格喇。
