多謝家姐之前請我食咗餐勁正嘅Omakase來洗塵,今次輪到我請客。行完荃灣Donki Donki,去呢間新派居酒屋飲番杯啤酒,食下鐵板燒。重點係飛起個仔,就可自由自在,連飲兩大杯啤酒🍻爽爆!居酒屋嘅好處就係每樣分量細細地,但係可以不停嗌,食暈好多款小食。前菜最有特色係冰頭漬,好爽口彈牙開胃,原來係三文魚頭軟骨。每一款海鮮都可以只嗌一隻來試,幾正。燒蟶子皇、日本原隻帆立貝、北寄貝都好鮮甜,爽口又彈牙。清酒煮蜆好趣怪,上枱時用一個袋袋住,好似拆禮物咁,啲蜆非常鮮甜,啖啖肉而且一啲沙都冇,個湯仲好香清酒同蒜味,我都飲咗好多。個芝士御好燒非常濃芝士味,好鍾意食重味芝士嘅先好叫。鐵板疏乎厘幾有特色,坐吧枱就可以睇住師傅喺鐵板度燒俾你食。
