To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾個月沒來,因為食物水準下降。這天,再次給它一個機會,估不會有意外驚喜。首先照舊點了番茄湯野菌火腿扁意粉,那番茄湯曾經認得太清淡,蕃茄味不足,這次終於回復水準,又濃又香,可惜火腿變成了火腿絲,不夠一整片火腿那麼好味。此外在餐牌發現了一個新的早餐,除了濃湯通粉,還包括蒜蓉多士、煎蛋、午餐肉、香腸和沙律菜。通粉的湯頭不錯,蒜蓉多士很香,煎蛋、午餐肉和香腸就是一般的貨色啦,沙律菜很多,味道也好。這新的早餐很豐富,只售$34 ,性價比頗高。這兒的環境和服務一向是不錯的,現在食物回復水準,可以多來一點。
