To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

2009年先寫返08年食評，第一次去譚仔的回憶。當日出城揾食，去到長沙灣約2:xxpm，等左5分鐘到就有位。位置好明顯唔會舒適，不過通常食粉麵茶餐廳，我都唔會對環境有要求的了。一心黎食米線，叫左:豬潤米線(小辣)--豬潤幾滑身，唔老唔鞋口，辣味剛好，湯底甜，好味。豬腩肉米線加炸醬分開上--炸醬味道較咸，米線硬度適中。腩肉入口唔會肥膩，正。土匪雞翼--大份5隻，小份是3隻。麻辣雞翼--2個都好好味，大隻，入味，新鮮熱辣凍檸茶2杯--加飲品，只需$3，大大杯，點可以唔加呢?米線份量算多，細食者會食到好飽。第一次食譚仔，回味無窮，當時諗出城黎食都值得。而家元朗都開左間分店，可以唔駛去到咁遠都有得食。真係好啦。埋單$89PS:因為雞翼黎左一陣，D米線先黎。D相只是我遮左D雞翼骨。
