To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金祥呢，話説我農曆新年前已經想食。但因為之前回訪天后橋底排骨麵勁很難食，都有啲擔心金祥一樣大跌 watt 。不過點都要搏一搏嘅之後有個星期二去佢例休（大家唔好好似我咁摸門釘呀），再之前新年我都初六七去諗住無有死⋯⋯點知都係無緣，今次終於食到呢個HKU 回憶餐😂一嚟根係要order招牌既菜膽雲吞排骨麵！麵和排骨分開上唔怕會浸到淋曬～排骨炸到十分酥脆，食落唔油～湯底比較清，可以浸啲排骨排骨落去一陣個味道會更出；雲吞大大隻而且菜肉比例適宜～有啲家的感覺～依然咁好食💛開心返曬價錢相宜，份量足～難怪可以屹立西環咁多年呀～
