To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

回憶呀！係愛呀！以前觀塘都有一間，細細個媽咪成日帶我地去沙爹王食野架，價錢唔太貴，又可以叫滿成枱都係好開心。依家回歸觀塘再重開返到我帶返媽咪同埋阿囡黎食喇。一定一定要嗌招牌白咖哩香茅豬扒飯，個隻味道真係記到依家，白咖哩本身係香港已經少見，咖哩香加甜甜地。一個餐有主食，加錢要左：飲品番石榴烏龍茶，小食越南春卷兩件，湯濃蝦湯，太豐富。再黎多個主食濃香沙嗲湯慢煮肥牛米線，加錢要左：飲品番石榴梳打，小食蒜蓉牛油雞翼(兩隻)。除左有店員送餐，其他都可以去自助式服務站，有提供餐具、調味料、清水。
