To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇開一個飲食節目主持人介紹咗呢間餐廳已經諗住搵日會去試，同埋之前去過土耳其旅行有時都會掛住佢哋嘅Kebab，咁岩今日過開灣仔就可以一懷土耳其風味既味道點左燒雞肉飯、羊肉Kebab、扁豆湯&土耳其茶餐廳所有肉類配嘅飯都好大碟，而餐廳會有四種醬汁供應比食客使用，有辣、薄荷、茄汁，仲有一種唔記得係咩醬，Kebab同飯建議依個人口味去落醬汁會更加提升到食物嘅味道，會更加好味羊肉Kebab既肉味唔會羶，適合怕羶既朋友扁豆湯係節目主持人介紹話必飲的，結果真係唔會失望，豆味好香，仲有少少似飲緊薯仔蓉湯土耳其茶，係我喺土耳其旅行時會成日飲嘅飲品，佢嘅茶香比起一般紅茶更出服務：店員好有禮貌，離開時佢哋仲會以親切嘅笑容同你Say Goodbye環境：同我去土耳其食嘅小店裝修差唔多，牆上仲會掛住代表土耳其特色嘅掛飾、照片、圖畫同埋吉祥物總括：當我諗起想食土耳其餐嘅時候我會諗起呢間
