以前喺上環返工,成日都會嚟食呢間餃子店,佢主打嘅係用花膠湯底熬湯,仲要有兩隻大花膠俾你食,再配大大隻啖啖肉嘅餃子,估計佢餃子嘅風格係北方餃子,因為皮比較厚,餃子比較大隻,入邊嘅餡好足料😀今日經過上環,所以特登都嚟重溫番呢一個回憶。點知佢而家已經冇咗花膠做配料,問咗店員,佢哋話湯底仍然係用花膠煲嘅,但係已經冇再配埋花膠比客人,因為成本上漲。今日飲啖湯發現燉湯已經冇以前咁濃郁,好似淡口左少少,叫咗四隻粟米餃,四隻韭菜餃,水餃依然大大隻好好味,但已經唔再係回憶入邊嗰一種好濃郁,花膠湯底味嘅餃子店了,有少少失望,但整體來講呢個價錢呢個質素,都推薦大家嚟一試
