相比本店的精緻工業風，一街相隔的 Kactus Espresso Bar 多了幾分回歸原點的純粹，亦體現在其只提供濃縮咖啡飲品的餐單上。不習慣單喝濃縮咖啡的人，這裏亦有提供 caffe oneroso — 於濃縮咖啡中加入打發忌廉及鮮奶的特飲。韓藉咖啡師更提供隱藏餐牌 — 於特飲表面灑上一層砂糖，再以火槍燒過，猶如焦糖燉蛋上的焦糖脆皮，為這杯咖啡添上一份溫暖的心意。With an espresso-only menu, Kactus Espresso Bar focuses on bringing variation to this little shot cup, from the basic espresso shot to specialty drinks like caffe con panna & caffe oneroso.
