簡單d講, 個老細兼大廚真係要再鑽研下d廚藝~講真, 叫得私房菜, 口碑好重要!!!! 野食唔掂, 真係搵鬼識你間野~ 奉勸大家一句, 千祈唔好”立”亂踩上私房菜…….10人, 朋友生日飯228套餐鮮蟹肉扒生翅 – 湯幾好飲, 應該足料!!!! 不過d翅真係好唔掂, 從來未食過咁多骨又腥既翅, 好話唔好聽, 粉絲都好食過佢~招牌三色蝦 – 炸蝦丸都ok幾彈牙, 豉油皇炒蝦夠惹味而黃金蝦本身味道亦唔錯, 但係蝦肉不夠新鮮, 肉質又霉又唔爽口…….煮得好都無用~天下第一雞 – 雞肉嫩滑, 味道適中!!!算是不錯~金銀蒜粉絲蒸元貝 – 扇貝蒸得過熟, 韌左d…..加上d粉絲又碎濕濕, 唔好食~清蒸老虎斑 – 蒸得剛剛好, 好食~ 如果再用滾油淋面會更加好~原隻鮑魚扣山珍海味 – 呢個真係食到火滾, 又咸又唔match~其實d鮑魚又唔係乾鮑, 唔駛扣佢啦, 成個茨汁唔知做乜, 結過白膠漿~瑤柱扒西蘭花 – 茨汁懷疑用返鮑魚尾送個做法, 又結又咸………..d西蘭花又唔用油”霎” 又煮得過熟, 淋成咁岩阿伯食多d~飄香炒飯 – 飯炒得粒粒分明, 幾好, 但太乾身, 好似唔夠油炒~ 個人覺得ok合格

花雕蛋白蒸海紅蟹 – 唯一無野”彈”同埋狂食既一尾送, 酒味濃郁~花蟹夠新鮮同蛋白既味道好配合, 好好食~

一直覺得私房菜會比一般食市黎得有誠意, 食完龍泉就知道唔係~ 食物材料差不在話下, 環境亦唔見得好………..洗手間內的旁邊竟然係洗碗場地, 求其用浴廉遮住佢就算~救命!!!!!
