屋企人係荃灣想食川菜,又黎返呢間食啦😎水準依然維持到,紅噹噹嘅環境真係好啱食辣嘢呀🌶️🔸炸饅頭(HK$58)今次叫左好多人打卡嘅炸饅頭,造型係成座木船,仲有將軍企係船頭,船底仲會有少少嘅白眼,好搞笑呀😆炸饅頭外脆內軟,沾埋煉奶就最match啦~🔸酸菜魚(HK$268)依然係大大盤,魚嘅份量都好多,而且無骨,2個人都唔係好食得晒添😝酸麻嘅湯底好適合配飯呀~🔸雞絲粉皮(HK$68)食唔得辣嘅就可以叫呢個前菜啦,麻醬撈埋雞絲同粉皮一齊食,涼浸浸又甜甜地😙🔸冰凍菊花蜜(HK$48)粉色酒壺配上三個細碗好有古代嘅感,菊花味都突出,不過略甜少少,可以解辣🍹🔸紅糖糍粑(HK$58)最後甜品就叫左呢個紅糖糍,外脆內軟口感好煙韌,配埋黃豆粉同糖漿更好食🤩
