To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六🤙🏻🤙🏻專登入長洲諗住感受下渡假嘅感覺，算好多餐廳選擇，不過呢一間cafe遠處睇已經覺得同其他餐廳唔同，裝修比較有型格，裡面格局寬敞舒適，所以就入去試吓！原本諗住早餐都應該無咩特別，點知都有驚喜🫵🏻👅💮牛油果醬蟹肉焗薯💮大大份夠大份飽肚，埋牛油果醬入口好smooth同creamy，炒蛋係幾impressive 厚身 嫩滑 熟得啱啱好沙律份量大 醬汁帶酸少甜 整體係健康的擺碟都靚！💮煙肉酸忌廉焗薯💮真心脆卜卜，加濃芝士，入口……嘩，勁滿足呀🥰酸忌廉好出眾😲同啲配料一齊食完全無違和感！💮薯條💮聽落好似中規中矩，其實係超級好食！脆卜卜說不在話下，仲要條條都好足「薯」✌🏻每碟嘢食得飽之餘但又不會太油膩，吃完也不會這麼罪疚。想享受美味焗薯又想打卡嘅女仔就最適合不過喇！🤗

大大份夠大份飽肚，埋牛油果醬入口好smooth同creamy，炒蛋係幾impressive 厚身 嫩滑 熟得啱啱好沙律份量大 醬汁帶酸少甜 整體係健康的擺碟都靚！
