To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 差不多下午兩點半到, 成個門口都係等緊入場的人, 到左仲要等個派籌阿姐出來先有籌, 安排入座方面可以有進步空間呢.....都食過好多次, 去過的人都好清楚個環境, 一個字 ------------ 逼! 無計, 想食好野, 有d野就要讓步..... 人多侍應唔係好夠, 叫左好耐先有人理, 侍應態度一般, 可能做得太辛苦的關係吧!兩個人食左以下呢幾樣野:免治牛肉腸 - 腸粉都好滑,牛肉味都幾濃, 醬油咸左d, 同埋個腸粉上檯時已唔熱了馬拉糕 - 都幾鬆軟, 香口, 甜味適中合銀蛋瘦肉粥 - 粥唔熱唔綿, 幸好味道都過得去酥皮焗叉燒包 - 招牌點心, 個酥皮好香好鬆, 個叉燒餡真係好好味, 不過呢次d包 "塔塔"地, 個包唔係好軟....要留住食客, 真係要留意一下員工的服務, 同埋其他食物的水準, 只靠食老本真係唔可以捱得幾耐...
