週末的午餐,顧客人數不太多,只需要等待片刻便可內進,座位排得好密,店舖也很細少,感覺似食快餐. 若不是因為鳗魚用炭火燒烤,肯定不會來這𥚃幫襯,始終香港難以取牌經營用炭火燒烤的餐廳. 一個套餐的收費約一百元,仲要加一,明顯較日本店貴得多,無計. 鰻魚只是普通貨,透過即燒,溢出的香味才能取勝,燒汁也算地道,仲有山椒粉任加,增潻麻辢感,然而,個湯就非常一般,淡而無味,而且無乜湯料,好似飲調味水咁. 真是一次過算了.
