To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ritz carlton不嬲都出名呢間米芝蓮中菜廳天龍軒 所以難得生日同男朋友嚟咗呢度食晚餐 價錢貴就當然預咗 我哋叫咗好幾道嘢食 包括呢度最出名嘅黑豚肉叉燒及蝦多士等等但叉燒可能真係期望過高 叉燒當然係軟淋但冇我想像中咁好食 反而之前喺柴灣新桂香燒臘食過嘅叉燒真係令我回味無窮而蝦多士就真係幾好食 蝦肉彈牙 多士香脆而唔油膩另外我哋叫咗個菜遠龍蝦 賣相非常一般 味道就更加平平無奇 價錢要$888 確實對唔得住佢個價錢 而且個芡汁麻麻地 龍蝦食得出係新鮮 但係想熟唔熟之間令到龍蝦肉有啲海鮮生味嘅腥味 五星級米芝蓮餐廳價錢偏貴就當然預咗 但係即使早咗成個月book亦add左remark都無法安排到窗邊位確實非常失望 因為呢個價錢唔多唔少都係食環境

但叉燒可能真係期望過高 叉燒當然係軟淋但冇我想像中咁好食 反而之前喺柴灣新桂香燒臘食過嘅叉燒真係令我回味無窮
