久違地來一次韓式燒肉,同朋友把杯暢談,一邊烤肉一邊吃泡菜,發現地方好闊落,枱同枱間寛闊,抽風好好,唔會一頭油煙。韓式配菜採用自取模式,泡菜,醃蘿蔔,沙律菜,包菜,醬汁等都係自助嘅,唔使假手於人,源源不絕,想要即有。爐邊蛋分芝士蛋同泡菜蛋2邊口味。招牌喜來稀肉係選用牛板腱位置,加上甜醬油醃製,再卷成花,上枱特別搶眼,肉質鬆軟,牛味出,帶醬油香甜,配上泡菜包菜特別滋味。韓式豬皮係我去喜來稀肉必點菜式,醃製過嘅豬皮,烤到香香脆脆,口感Q彈,帶醬油香甜,點上黃豆粉更添香氣。韓燒怎麼能缺五花腩!慢烤烤出油脂,變成金黃色香脆烤豬腩片,配上一點粗鹽麻油,真係回味無窮呀!食完熱辣辣烤肉必須來一碗爽彈嘅水冷麵,麵質爽滑彈牙,清爽湯底配上雞蛋同青瓜,所有熱氣即時降溫,連湯都飲埋無得剩。由初開幕大排長龍開始,咁多年食過咁多次仍然保持到水準,難得難得。
