To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時除咗食Alimente之外，就最常嚟呢間食日本嘢，因為佢啲lunch set都唔貴，而且鋪面大，就算一個人嚟食都坐得舒舒服服。今次就同同事嚟食lunch ，叫咗個南蠻炸雞定食同埋天婦羅定食。南蠻炸雞咁啱係佢今日嘅抵食推介，$100都唔使好抵食，佢嘅份量都唔少，有四至五件炸雞，雖然炸皮厚啲，但入面嘅雞肉係滑嘅仲有汁。另外天婦羅定食都有成七至八件，有天婦羅蝦、冬菇、南瓜、魷魚、青椒等等。炸漿夠薄身，入面食材亦唔會炸到太乾身。兩款我會偏向鍾意天婦羅多啲。
