朋友外地回港短暫留幾日,最喜歡食海南雞飯,今次專程去圓方行完街,就去“米芝蓮“推蔫 “天天海南雞飯”餐廳正宗在新加坡開店,在香港/九龍都有分店,餐廳裝修高貴典雅,坐位寬闊,火焰椰子八寶燉雞上菜時會用火槍燒椰子外圍,打開椰子蓋已飄出椰香味,爆滿材料有雞/豬肉,仲有八寶材料沙參,玉竹,蓮子,百合,杞子,龍眼肉,次實,紅棗經過老火時間燉,每一口湯鮮甜有雞椰子味,旅途中無湯飲,有滋潤湯水補一補,份外暖心👍迷迭香火焰黑金义燒义燒是用五花腩,上菜擺設已吸睛,碟邊放滿新鮮迷迭香/肉桂條,火槍燒香迷迭香/肉桂條,再將义燒烤至小小焦香,五花腩肥瘦均勻,加上秘製醬汁,义燒無鞋口入口溶化.天天海南雞新加坡白雞最正是無骨雞皮薄而Q彈,肉質嫩滑雞味十足,雞件再蘸上黑醬油/辣椒醬/姜蓉層次更高.雞油飯細窩飯已足夠2人份量,石窩盛上熱辣辣飯,散發濃香雞油味,雞油飯粒粒分明,同海南雞一齊食回味無窮

上菜時會用火槍燒椰子外圍,
打開椰子蓋已飄出椰香味,

义燒是用五花腩,
