越嚟越多國內品牌喺香港開分店,今次呢間陳鵬鵬潮汕菜館就係其中之一。如果平時有上去深圳,呢間餐廳就應該一定見過。因為好多大商場入邊都有。之前冇喺深圳食過,所以今次就喺香港試吓佢究竟好唔好食。入座招呼都好好,先裝咗茶同埋有個餐前小食,係糖餅嚟嘅,不另收費。金獎潮鹵拼盤有鵝背、鵝胸片、鵝紅、鵝頸、鵝掌、滷蛋同埋蝦棗。唔同於坊間嘅做法,佢嗰啲係新鮮滷水新鮮鵝,每日都會新鮮製作做滷味。所以香料味比較少,豉香同埋鵝味較重。韭菜鵝血煲鵝紅同豬紅唔同,比較嫩滑。同韭菜一齊煮都出色嘅。南澳蠔仔烙又唔同香港蠔餅,佢唔係炸到脆卜卜,而係外脆得來裏便係煙煙韌韌。聽講都係潮汕嘅特色。啲蠔仔仲要好大粒。潮汕七樣菜用咗普寧豆漿煮七種唔同嘅蔬菜,鹹香入味。幾有潮汕風味。香煎䱽魚我覺得呢個最好食,新鮮䱽魚斬件煎到香脆。肉質結實與味濃。真係食多一條都食得落。海鮮砂鍋粥呢個都係第二好食,佢用咗大量鮮蝦、蠔、花甲生滾砂鍋粥,再用冬菜提鮮,加上少少胡椒粉。係一個非常出色嘅主食。食飽佢哋送咗一碗紅糖仙草蜜俾我哋做甜品。呢個甜品有幾好食仙草好嫩滑唔會苦。清涼曬。
