幾位姨媽罕有地於春季訪港,因得知五星級酒店「The Murray」剛於年初開幕,所以就相約於其中菜廳「國福樓」飲茶,順道參觀一吓新酒店。揸車去酒店要喺花園道入,話易搵唔易,話難搵唔難,不過唔熟路o既司機好多都會行錯路。轉咗入去第一個停車處可直入酒店及升降機大堂。再兜個圈過對面先係「國福樓」個代客泊車處,泊車每四小時收費為$80。大家要留意,經依個門口去餐廳必先行上樓梯,如果要搭升降機就應該喺第一個入口落,上到樓上先行橋過。上到去用餐樓層,先由彩色熊貓接待。酒店餐廳而言,「國福樓」o既樓底都算矮,而且只有近樓梯一邊為散座,空間感欠奉,天窗下o既位置仲要係曬哂太陽嗰隻,個人覺得頗欠缺五星級酒店應有之氣派!礙於店內坐滿貴客,細佬未能拍下對應照片,還望大家見諒。十二人被安排入座最暗涼o既一角,但冷氣依然唔係咁夠。姨媽們真係搞笑,去補妝時居然影咗幅相話全店最靚反而係個洗手間,哈哈,睇完幅相又覺得佢地講得幾有道理喎。餐桌舖上雪白o既枱布,亦有齊備o既餐具。入座後迅即有三碟開胃小食,睇單先知每碟$30。店子理念可於厚頁散叫餐牌找到。午市有兩頁點心紙,清楚列明茶錢每位$25,另收加一服務費。並附有相對

酥皮焗餐飽($70):(XO仔中文只有小六程度,菜名都係根據點心紙抄寫出黎,雖然個人覺得「餐飽」好似寫錯字
,但心覺五星級酒店中菜廳應該唔會冇校對,所以亦不敢提出異議。)叉燒餐包賣相金黃,可惜包皮過厚,不單唔似墨西哥包咁鬆巧,又唔似蒸叉燒包咁軟熟,盡管叉燒餡有多甜美都難以補救包身o既缺憾,價錢就酒店級,質素就。。。

鮮蝦蒸粉菓($70):此味蒸粉果可以話係整餐茶最美味o既一道點心
!其半透明o既皮層巧薄軟腍,當中o既餡料由於切得夠幼細,食落十分嫩脆清爽
,席上原本有長輩話唔食但結果都要一試,試完難得有讚冇彈,必吃推介也!

週六中午家人一心為參觀新開o既五星級酒店「The Murray」而光顧酒店中菜廳「國福樓」,真係冇諗到會如此失望!餐店狹窄得唔夠大方得體,未食已印象分大減,十二人飲茶試咗成三十二款點心燒味,埋單要成五千多元,當中大部份菜式質素仲要流流地,個人覺得絕對唔值,即使服務再好都難以說服客人要黎幫襯,美食天堂有咁多好野食,XO仔一定唔會返轉頭囉
