To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2018 年中秋在國金軒訂了幾盒三黃白蓮蓉月餅，一盒自用， 其餘是送朋友的。 本以為這樣出名的食肆， 點心做得不錯， 月餅應該也有一定水準。 怎知結果令人大失所望，咸蛋黃不但又乾又硬， 一點黃油也沒有， 蛋黃更像一粒橡皮波波， 蓮蓉又黏口， 總之一句， 極差！ 以後再也不會考慮買國金軒任何月餅及賀年糕㸃！
