早排係住在土瓜灣朋友既強力推薦下去左安徽街喜滿樓訂兩檯食團年飯,作為一間新開張才兩個月既飯店,喜滿樓既食物有相當既水準,性價比非常高! 訂檯時講了每位預算300元,老板娘便為我們度身寫了一個菜單,不用我煩腦。當晚頭炮是皇牌之一: 特級螺頭燉竹絲雞, 沒有味精, 很有Home Feel, 飲落很舒服,香醇滋補,對於我這愛湯之人,真是無得彈! 第一道菜:椒鹽南非活鮑 (才68一只) 鮑魚外皮酥脆內里彈牙,鮑魚肉鮮味軟嫩有點Juicy, 無得頂! 第二道菜:招牌欖角骨(朋友大推既)唔係浪得虛名既,第三道: 蜜餞煎金豪,鮮甜無比,蠔脆十足,其他菜有古法炆龍蠆(有火腩支竹, 魚肉外脆內嫩)、茄汁蝦 (鮮甜可口), 紅燒大元蹄, 濃湯藍青口豆苗, 全部菜好好食, 食到我們令我們刮目相看這小店! 老板娘得知我們一家團年, 更送上日本哈蜜瓜一碟, 爽甜入心, 這些菜式原來只要早一日預訂,三五知已也能品嚐。很高興能品嘗這樣的美食, 很多謝喜滿樓給我一餐難忘的團年飯!
