年近歲晚🧧係時候一家人聚首一堂食團年飯~舅父之前食過位於九龍城嘅私房粵菜,今次就決定帶我地食!佢特意挑選啲正野過我地嘆😋*1.)陳皮無錫骨(10/10)呢道菜我認為係成晚嘅精粹!🤩味餸一黎,陳皮香味四溢!只見陳皮絲鋪滿晒係啲肉上面無錫骨係用類似五花腩做材料,炆得好入味,入口即溶!陳皮酸甜+熱辣辣鎮冮醋,解膩之餘仲好開胃!2.)菜膽杏仁燉白肺湯(9.5/10)好香嘅杏汁味撲鼻而來,配埋白菜膽令個湯更顯鮮甜,加埋豬肺補一補,潤一潤!好足料,誠意十足!🤓3.)貴紀醬炒聖子皇+米粉底(9.5/10)可謂成晚嘅第二個重點!😚聖子鮮味十足,彈牙爽口,墊底嘅米粉好乾身最緊要係撈埋類似XO醬+馬拉盞嘅貴紀醬汁,香口惹味!4.) 胡椒粉絲大蝦煲(9/10)大蝦按人頭,個個都有得食~🦐好鮮甜,好乾身,我忍唔住連蝦頭都食埋😋粉絲吸哂啲鮮味,胡椒辛辣味帶出令一種惹味,可以食到兩種層次嘅味道!5.)蝦醬炸新鮮龍崗雞(8/10)雞肉keep到好嫩滑,炸得好乾身,雞皮炸得薄脆,又唔會食落口成口油咁款,值得一讚👍🏻唯蝦醬味唔係好出,略嫌失色!6.)海參鵝掌海皇煲(7.5/10)整體炆得好入味😙但海參鵝掌份量略嫌少,鵝

呢道菜我認為係成晚嘅精粹!🤩
味餸一黎,陳皮香味四溢!只見陳皮絲鋪滿晒係啲肉上面

3.)貴紀醬炒聖子皇+米粉底(9.5/10)
可謂成晚嘅第二個重點!😚
聖子鮮味十足,彈牙爽口,墊底嘅米粉好乾身
最緊要係撈埋類似XO醬+馬拉盞嘅貴紀醬汁,香口惹味!


4.) 胡椒粉絲大蝦煲(9/10)
大蝦按人頭,個個都有得食~🦐
好鮮甜,好乾身,我忍唔住連蝦頭都食埋😋
粉絲吸哂啲鮮味,胡椒辛辣味帶出令一種惹味,可以食到兩種層次嘅味道!


5.)蝦醬炸新鮮龍崗雞(8/10)
雞肉keep到好嫩滑,炸得好乾身,雞皮炸得薄脆,又唔會食落口成口油咁款,值得一讚👍🏻
唯蝦醬味唔係好出,略嫌失色!


6.)海參鵝掌海皇煲(7.5/10)
整體炆得好入味😙
但海參鵝掌份量略嫌少,鵝掌唔夠分!😅


7.)果皮碎蒸海上班(7.5/10)
我就唔太食得出果皮味🤔
但欣賞佢將魚分好唒件上碟,食起來好方便👍🏻
算係誠意搭救!🤣


8.)香脆南乳雞翼(7.5/10)
有人話想食雞翼,就追加左份南乳雞翼
略嫌南乳味唔係好出,他想食樂雞肉有少少乾柴,感覺爭咗少少😕
但勝在金黃香脆,買相來講係吸引到我👍🏻


9.)瑤柱蛋白炒飯(7/10)
話晒都係食中菜,點都要食返啲飯先滿足!
炒得好乾身,粒粒分明!👍🏻
如果落多啲瑤柱蛋白,成件事更Perfect!☺️


11.)薑茶湯圓(6.5/10)
唔知係咪有期望有失望,個薑茶食落冇乜特別,似係普通用粉開嗰啲,湯圓都係普通,不過不失la 😕


食物質素:好嘅就真係冇得頂,亦都有個別食物略嫌普通

服務態度:唔知係咪舅父同老闆娘相熟😂老闆娘態度親切,問我哋啲嘢好唔好食,上菜時有叫我哋小心熱,對客人非常體貼😌

環境:雖然鋪面唔算大,但座位都算闊落
