To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是次第二次來到這裡，今天是與太太的相識紀念日。我們買了兩張團購優惠，因為上一次來用餐時穿西裝的年輕同事介紹了給我們。先來靚仔幫我們落單，點選了西冷伴帶子黑松露汁及羊扒伴鱸魚香草忌廉汁。很貼身地都幫我們hold住主菜，等我們食左頭盤及其他食物先。真係睇吾出，年幾輕輕少年郎，笑容親切，服務不說一流可說難能可貴！說話談吐有禮。我和太太一連食左幾轉沙律及bbq食物，有蝦，蠔，青口，雞翼，粟米等…主菜跟住就自動送上時間岩岩好環境同事都好，美中不足主菜西冷本身5成變9成，羊扒7成變熟過龍，廚師在這個方面要溫故一下了吧，味也小咸。同事在上一次跟我們講解過肉類成熟度既智識，但我相信都要廚師們既手藝配合。靚仔送了兩杯紅酒給我和太太，感激不盡。總括來說，食物式彩一般，味道一般，但服務食得飽滿
