To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

  2022-1-4香港不幸疫情重臨，我帶著一份不安的心情參加早前已經報名的一天遊，輕輕鬆鬆行程是：南蓮園池、自助午餐與天際100。自助午餐在沙田麗豪酒店「濠餐廳」，來到酒店餐廳有無限感慨，兩年多來，除了上年年尾，家人請我到過逸東酒店的普慶餐廳吃過，也沒有在酒店餐廳吃過自助餐，現在看見餐枱擺設，雖然食物很普通，但大家心情都很開懷，我吃得不多，却很享受吃的樂趣，飽頓後，又在大堂隨拍。 池畔燒烤分享一下；豬腳薑，豬腳腍滑不爛，醋好美味。牛筋與牛肚炆得夠腍，但很淡。叉燒肉質鬆軟可口，但汁液略鹹。還有我喜歡的海鹽雪糕與甜品。
