To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好友的寶寶出世了!大夥兒相約放工後前往探望,事先當然要祭祭五臟腑。時間不多,我們就簡簡單單地吃碗米線。話說回頭,本身是南記的常客,但就從未幫襯過這間分店遍佈港九新界的譚仔,認真失禮。柯打了一碗腩肉腐竹米線,經不起刺激的我又想過過辣癮,在侍應建議下要了十小辣,另外再加一碟土匪雞翼。食物很快便上桌,由於米線剛剛煮起,未見其真身先來一股白煙。湯底是奶白色的,一呷,味道很清很淡,缺乏濃郁的豬骨或鮮魚香。辣味確是非常之輕,起初甚至不太感受到,至多喝幾後才發覺它慢慢地從喉嚨中散發出來。有時遇到的米線會浸得很脹,今次則沒有這個情況,而且質地頗為滑溜又帶些少煙韌,很易入口。吃慣大堆頭配料的我,覺得譚仔這方面很是遜色,猶記得南記會自動加入酸菜、肉碎、韮菜等材料,這裏只有幾條芽菜,吝嗇得很!當然味道方面亦有欠豐富。主角之一的腩肉切得超級薄身,脂肪與瘦肉的比例大約為七比三,對我而言實在太肥膩了。瘦肉部份有點堅硬和嚡口,而且有股怪異的臆味,再吃一口也嫌多。腐皮則算幼滑,可惜豆味不足。土匪雞翼是今餐的心靈補償,這道菜式的名字引人遐想,當見到其黑黝黝的外表時,不禁會發出內心微笑。熱辣辣的雞翼本身已夠吸引,這裏更

土匪雞翼是今餐的心靈補償,這道菜式的名字引人遐想,當見到其黑黝黝的外表時,不禁會發出內心微笑。熱辣辣的雞翼本身已夠吸引,這裏更能做到外脆肉嫩,而且它有一朕極捧的孜然粉香,加上面頭的黑芝麻,更能互相輝映。小份雞翼每碟有三隻,一個人幹掉也絕非難事。若再次光顧的話,相信我會再重溫這裏的土匪雞翼。
