To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1個人去旺角shopping, 肚餓走左去譚仔食米線, 以前去開尖沙咀食既, 今次可以試下旺角依間, 首先叫左碗墨丸酸辣米線, 湯既味道保持水準, 我次次都食酸辣既, 覺得佢地既酸辣最好食, 而墨丸亦好食同埋好彈牙, 米線份量都夠多, 最後一定要叫埋土匪雞翼, 因為佢地既土匪雞翼真係超正及超好食, 冇一間可以做到佢地咁好食, 個d味道真係好香口及入味, 再加埋黑芝麻, 真你好好食, 下次一定會再幫襯!
