To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港菜系多，身在香港都可以食到中東菜。不過通常呢d餐廳集中係港島soho附近。難得九龍都有，今晚黎試下。前菜叫左黑松露hummas。佢嘅質感好順滑，加埋橄欖油同黑松露，配埋pita bread食好開胃。麵包外脆內軟，就咁食都好正。由於好鍾意麵包，叫左個芝麻包，叫zatar，真係好特別。主菜叫左chorizo lamb sausage同埋lamb tender shokaf。羊腸十分香辣，個汁都好開胃。而lamb tender shokaf上黎擺盤好靚，d炭燒味好香，羊肉粒唔騷，唔鞋，好惹味。飲品叫左紅石榴茶，清新酸甜。同埋黎巴嫩紅酒，入口幾順滑。今日最深刻係甜品kanafeh。個芝士嘅甜味同埋酥皮嘅香脆口感好夾，配埋開心果，好好味。
