To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近發現在土瓜灣有一家土耳其餐廳,感到十分有興趣,但這次的經歷讓我感到相當失望。雖然這家餐廳的裝潢頗具異國情調,但整體的用餐體驗卻大打折扣。首先,服務員的態度非常不耐煩,服務員全程板着臉,顯得相當不情願。而且菜單上的多道菜式售罄,讓選擇變得極其有限。最初對土耳其料理的期待亦被大大減少最後,考慮性價比的問題。在這個地段用餐,人均消費達到$600以上(沒有點任何酒精飲品的情況下) ,卻只能享受到這樣的服務和有限的菜式,實在非常不值。相比之下,附近其他餐廳能提供更好的食物和服務,價格卻更為合理。總結來說,這家土耳其餐廳的用餐經歷讓我失望透頂。不僅服務員的態度需要改善,菜單的選擇也應該更加豐富,且價格應與服務質素相符。希望他們能認真對待顧客的反饋,提升整體的用餐體驗。

食物選擇好多,連平時好少見嘅動物內臟都有

我地就點咗3個starter

先係Hallumi Cheese鐵板煎著名中東鹹香芝士🧀

鹹香芝士加上蕃茄,彩椒,薄荷

味道夠哂豐富又開胃😚

第2道係Kibdeh Chicken Liver

香煎法國雞肝配上紅石榴汁

雞肝煎到好香,咬落仲好嫩滑🤤

好食到最後用包係咁蘸埋啲醬汁食😙

澳洲天然草飼羊肉粒串又係打卡一流嘅item,但係除咗美觀,都真係好食,羊肉好大粒,好juicy,因為炭烤過,所以特別香,菜亦都烤得好好,不過我覺得最特別嘅,就係個薯仔,唔知點解可以敲得咁入味,咁鬆軟,而且外面仲係酥脆酥脆咁樣,超好食!!!

至於甜品方面,我哋最終兩樣都揀晒,因為真係決定唔到,朋友比較鍾意bozza,佢其實就係阿拉伯乳香膠雲呢拿雪糕配開心果碎,因為佢本身好鍾意雪糕,加埋開心果碎好多,成件事好香,亦都覺得雪糕嘅口感有別於一般平時香港食開嘅雪糕,佢係屬於比較有質感,有少少硬度嘅。我自己就係鍾意個經典中東甜品kanafeh,外脆酥皮入面包住甜芝士,呢個相反嘅口感真係食得出要新鮮整完即食先至好食!
