To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土瓜灣有好多菜館，最近都引起不少討論😂，例如一間被質疑性價比，另外一間被熱烈討論的是老闆娘。我今日為大家介紹的是土瓜灣菜館的中堅份子💪，老字號「喜滿樓」。「芝麻雞」🐔絕對是必吃的招牌菜。香脆的炸子雞鋪滿金黃的芝麻，這道菜色香味俱全。喜滿樓的「黑松露墨魚餅」充滿墨魚鮮味，吃得出真材實料。另外我也點了經典的椒鹽白飯魚😆及鱔煲。最後也吃健康的豆苗。喜滿樓是土瓜灣有名的菜館，大家快點來試一下香港味道。
