今日同女朋友喺土瓜灣覓食俾佢入邊嘅裝修吸引住,彷彿係日本中洲屋台街邊食緊野咁我哋嗌左一個$488嘅「omakase ,料理長發辦」,當中值得讚一讚既係七款時令刺身,每樣都好新鮮,佢哋拖羅 同埋 劍魚腩 淡淡的油脂同埋魚香 喺口腔裏面徘徊 豚肉糖心蛋,半生熟嘅糖心蛋外面包住一層燒過嘅豚肉,一啖擺落口 嗰種味道 就好似食壽喜燒 牛肉沾上蛋汁擺落口咁 一個字正 好滿足嘅感覺燒白鱔,師傅擺到埋嚟嘅時候 已經聞到陣陣既香味 煎到金黃色 再沾上鰻魚汁 加左小小蔥花係面 香脆可口 鮮嫩多汁 食落一啲都唔油膩黑毛豬蘋果串、蟹子墨魚蝦滑串、雞肉串,雞翼串,所有嘅串燒都好出色,相信師傅落咗唔少心機 去拿捏火候同味道 最後甜品係紅豆抹茶蕨山餅,抹茶味濃郁,口感煙韌 再加上紅豆 絕配
