To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我哋呢個六人組合已經一段時間冇見了！朋友一向識飲識食，相約土瓜灣呢間風味小館，真係冇介紹錯！無見一排，趁機會分別公佈咗三個好消息，哈哈！真係可喜可賀！😆🎊🎉* 靚湯和以下海鮮要先預訂：- 杏汁豬肺雞腳湯- 黑椒肉蟹2 只- 豉油王蝦10只- 花甲豉椒炒煎米粉底另外再叫：- 招牌芝麻雞半隻- 椒鹽魷魚- 椒鹽白飯魚奶白色杏汁湯底滑溜滋潤足料又清甜👍大蝦和黑椒大肉蟹都惹味夠鑊氣啖啖肉！！花甲煎米粉底個汁好味到不得了，撈米粉一流！仲有個脆皮芝麻雞又係鹹香惹味冇得輸👍最後都忍唔住嗌多個椒鹽魷魚和白飯魚，一樣好好味，傾偈餸酒真係一流！以上咁多小菜靚湯兼海鮮，每人平均四百鬆啲！咁嘅水準真係要讚👍
