To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大學同學飯聚，選了紅磡高山道附近的喜滿樓，門口格局有些茶餐廳感覺，但入內環境都唔錯，一行五人叫芝麻雞同炸子雞各半隻，西檸煎軟雞，黑胡椒炒蟹，海鮮什菜煲，黄金脆蝦、涼瓜京蔥炒什錦，同埋叫左個梅菜炒菜心，芝麻雞同炸子雞超正，分不出高下。黑胡椒炒蟹更是惹味，黑胡椒汁用來送飯更是一流, 味道樣樣都唔錯，不過黄金蝦有些熱氣要飲涼茶清熱氣。值得一讚係個西檸雞，才58元,雞肉滑之餘唔會太乾，而且個西檸汁既味道調得唔錯，忍唔住起碼食左5件。原來這裡可自來海鮮加工, 下次買些蟹來試埋其他煮法。
