To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🤤土瓜灣高手小菜🤤-土瓜灣既喱間小菜館，裝修偏街坊，但出品全部都好有鑊氣，絕對用心之作，如果同屋企人食飯啊、同朋友一大班人聚會都好適合！老闆老闆娘都好細心，落單會提醒返份量，如果人多仲有得加大份量，掂！不過去之前記得訂位，因為好多特色野都要預訂先有🤩，加上佢晚市超爆場架！秘製芝麻雞($188)黎食記得要預訂！芝麻雞真係冇係第二到見到過😏，望落雞既外層裹滿白芝麻粒，食落外皮係乾身帶少少脆，但雞肉好嫩有汁，沾埋日式芝麻醬食好特別！原隻菠蘿脆皮咕嚕肉($248/小)有成隻菠蘿做底，賣相係一流，咕嚕肉炸得夠脆，食落有肥有瘦所以好香，加上鮮既菠蘿肉既果香係罐頭冇得比既，都貴得值得😎。鮮花甲蒸滑蛋($162)喱個都係好多人點既餸之一，如果人少啲可以揀例牌，份量會細啲不過價錢就$108抵食☺️。食落花甲味好重，連蛋都充滿曬海鮮味，佢個蒸蛋唔係偏水狀好滑個種，而係好似布甸質地，挺身啲既。蜜椒脆鱔球($148)蜜椒通常都係夾牛柳粒，喱到竟然有得用落鱔球到😂，外層薄薄一層脆皮，食落蜜汁味好重偏甜口，特別但唔算太夾，食返風沙/椒鹽口味應該會更好食😝。
