To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從係德國食過土耳其菜後,一直好想係香港搵返嗰種味道。最近友人推薦呢間土耳其菜,剛好今日又去灣仔,所以就揀咗呢度食午餐。我地叫咗茄子乳酪做前菜,配土耳其夾餅,味道酸酸地,十分開胃。茄子雖然已經完全融入乳酪中,但依然食到茄子的鮮甜,再配合微暖的夾餅,係冰火嘅感覺啊!之後主菜叫咗轉轉雞肉配薯條,一上碟顏色分明,份量很多,看到已經食慾大增。薯條係新鮮炸出,金黃香口,又熱又脆;沙律新鮮,有最鍾意嘅紫洋蔥,本身已經有黑醋黑椒調味,清新解膩;雞肉外觀油潤,食落一啲都唔乾,仲有啖啖香草嘅香氣。
