To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 啱啱食咗間店嘅土耳其菜，我真係覺得自己捧到寶啦！🍢🥙🍵 先講講佢嗰碟土耳其沙律，爽口得嚟，菜葉係新鮮到嘩，一啖咬落去嗰種脆，簡直夠晒曬喉！雖然有少少淡，但加咗garlic sauce之後，味道即刻活躍起來，死啦死啦地好食。再嚟呢，講下嗰碟茄子乳酪，頭一次食覺得有少少怪怪哋，不過，當我越食越順，發現有啲像芝士拌牛奶嘅滑潤口感，真係溝完飯一流。扁豆湯加咗酸酸嘅檸檬汁，一啖低喉真係暢快架，特別適合開胃前菜。串燒牛同雞卷嘅話，必須要大讚佢哋嘅garlic sauce，簡直係揸fit人選，勁推！那種醬料嘅層次豐富，串燒牛卷牛肉焦香又汁潤，雞卷嘅味道就，嗯，係咁，想停都停唔到口。土耳其茶呢，烏靚得滯，味道夠曬濃，飲多幾杯都得！最後講返嗰服務態度，好得嚟又親民，飲嘅土耳其啤酒……嗯，如人飲水冷暖自知嘅嘢喇。我星期天嘅好心情，就由呢一餐開始啦！🌟🌟🌟
