疫情中玩過Staycation兼成功買埋五月天演唱會靚位套票後,XO仔即與「香港萬麗海景酒店」結下緣份,適逢聖誕佳節更被誠邀出席萬麗咖啡室「紛.饗」節慶大道之試食活動,實感榮幸萬分!酒店大堂有棵高高嘅聖誕樹,四周亦可見閃亮嘅花環、薑餅屋、松果、雪人等裝飾,節日氣氛濃厚。咖啡室嘅自助餐推出聖誕升呢版,加插燒火雞、酒香烤火腿、威靈頓牛柳等,比平時豐富得多;有心食聖誕大餐記緊要預購,因可享折扣優惠。自助食物區同之前一樣咁衛生企理。冷盤有大路嘅冰鎮海鮮同魚生。龍蝦膏多奪目,好自然地成為搶手貨。沙律可選已撈好嘅款式或自選配搭。個人最欣賞凍食區內鮮香潤滑嘅紅菜頭醃三文魚薄片「Marinated Beetroot Salmon Cured」及粉嫩惹味嘅巴馬臣芝士松露和牛薄片「Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with Truffle Oil and Aged Parmesan Cheese」。熱食重點推介聖誕限定嘅即溶瑞士芝士!師傅喺烘爐燒溶芝士後即批上配料上,熱辣辣嘅芝士入口嗰陣仲未硬化,柔潤軟滑,濃而不膩,超!每人只有一隻嘅新鮮蒸焗龍蝦真係成隻碟咁大架,爽厚脆彈、肉鮮膏甜,勁量級絕對冇得
