To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕自助晚餐

晚上6:30開始，提前6:15已可進場等候，可以先享用飲品，茶、汽水、橙汁、紅酒白酒任君選擇；食物質數很好，排列整齊企理，食物也常添加，選擇多，員工對長者也很禮貌親切，餐廳的聖誕佈置充滿節日氣氛，我帶同老人家一起用餐，坐窗口位置，枱與枱之間很濶落，很有空間感，整體感覺有驚喜，與家人為慶祝聖誕享用一個開心的晚餐！主題是聖誕餐，所以食物也是針對聖誕有關的，特別喜歡燒羊架及火雞卷，口感非常嫩滑，椰子雞湯也是極之推介，非常濃郁的老火湯，我喝了三碗✌🏻，聖誕蛋糕不但外表吸引，味道不太甜，非常合適香港人口味！
